The Barnes #1 Manual has loads for a 195gr. Barnes Original Bullet for the 7mm-08 Rem. Good Luck

Any .284 diameter bullet may be loaded in any 7mm case. Practicality dictates otherwise. In the short 7mm-08 case any bullet heavier than the 140 grain bullet is so long that they go pretty deep into the case and reduce the powder capasity of the case, rendering it inefficient. If there is a need for heavier bullt performance, I'd suggest you look at the Nosler Partition bullet. This bullet will insure deeper penatration on game which is usually the reason for useing a heavier bullet.
