Thanks a bunch. I am surprised they can't get over 1300fps. They ought to try 19gr of H110, and I bet they could get well over 1300fps in 8" barrels. I know I can on a few different chronos with a 6" barrel. I might have a strange 44 but with lil gun, I get lower velocity than with H110. Thanks for the info. Goes to show you, you have to go out and try for yourself.

big country, I forgot to mention that I reamed my cylinder out to a true.4525". One of my main gipes about Ruger is they bore the cylinder on there .45's smaller than the bore of the barrel and this really hurt's performance. (gases going by the bullet) I have seen a few .44's this way, but not many.
Maybe my Chronograph is off, but it is off for all guns involved so I guess it would be relative.
