Does anybody use a NEF pardner pump.

Does anybody use a NEF pardner pump.
I bought this gun only a year ago and it has been performing pretty good. I don't know why some one would spend 400 dollars on a 870 when they can just buy one of these. I killed a longbeard with it last spring and a deer with it this fall. So lets hear what you have to say about this.

My dad LOVES his Pardner Pump. I'm talking my brother into getting a Pardner Pump. They have really added a lot of different versions of it since i last looked. They have turkey versions, waterfowl versions, slug gun versions and more. I've never been disappointed with an H&R/NEF product.

If you are paying that much money for an 870 you are getting ripped off. That being said I had a pardner I paid like $190 for. Very nice wood, great fit and finish and it functioned just fine. I ended up getting rid of it to get my girlfriend a 20 gauge. Nothing wrong with the gun though. My local shop gave me 150 for it.
My only concern with them is that while they are an 870 clone the parts are not interchangable. So if one was to break parts may be hard to find. Where as an 870 or mossy 500 would be very easy to have repaired.
They are also made in china if that bothers you.
Mine was nicer than both the 870 express and mossberg 500 I have owned before the pardner. Especially considering the price.

It's crazy to me that you can buy a gun for $200 or even $400 new? Course I grew up on the semi-autos. **** china, just read that, there ya go, no thanks.
Sorry, most of us don't suffer from the rich prick syndrome like you. You act like nothing is your house is made in China. Give me a break.....I hate hypocrits! What an a$$

I wish i could afford a nice semi-auto. I gota Mossberg 835 i bought USED for $100. It had more sticks and dirt in it then i have ever seen. The guy that had it before me said it was too messy to clean so he was just gonna buy a new one. It only had about5 rounds through it. He used it for Spring Gobbler and then i bought it. I wish i could have a nice Benelli or Winchester semi-auto.

Yeah I would have to say that you are getting ripped off if you are spending $400 on a Remington 870. Mine was around $400 as a combo with the bird barrel and rifled barrel. I took a look at the pardner pump and thought that the pardner wasa close second to the 870 with the 870 having the Remington name, more money back for resale and made in america. Just my point of view.
