Default Remington r-15

I was wondering if the remington r-15 was a colt stock, I had heard the remington bought colt and wasn't sure .

It's a Bushmaster.

The company that aquired Remington also aquired Bushmaster and is aquiring Marlin.

With one single company aquiring all of these firearms companies it makes you wonder just who exactly is behind all of these aquisitions and just exactly is their intent once they have all been made. It makes me a bit nervous to think a single entity may own the majority of the firearms being produced in the states.

Edit: the Cerberus corp seems to have come out of nowhere in the last year. It could easily be something run by someone with a huge amount of money like a George Soros with the sole mission of buying up gun companies in order to dismantle themlater.
