RE: New Browning T-Bolt in 22 Mag. or 17 HMR.
ORIGINAL: oldelkhunter My local dealer has one in 22lr .. He flat out told me to buy an Old one but not the new one.:D I have always thought the Browning's were slightly over priced. But normally they did not have quality issues. What did he base his opinion on?? How much are those 22 magnums?? The weight on that rifle sure looks good. You should be able to carry it in the ground hog field all day long. It would make a great ground hog stalking rifle. Tom. |

I think the T-Bolt in the .17 HMR would bea nice little tack driver.

RE: New Browning T-Bolt in 22 Mag. or 17 HMR.
ORIGINAL: Swampdog Been wanting a good .22 mag . myself.Seems like I have always heard that the .22 mag. was not an inherently accurate cartridge? Is this another one of my old wives tails ;).I certainly hope not.I want one that has to shoot great like a anschutz.Don't they still make one in a Rem. 700? or just the 40X? |
