depend on how you wont to sell it you can get a gunbroker acount as quick and easy as a ebay account or list it here
for online out of state sales you must mail it to a ffl then the person goes to the ffl and gets it thats about it

If it is not a face to face sell.You need to go through a FFL dealer .You take it to your dealer and he will have to get a signed copy from the FFL dealer that the one you are selling to designates.Usall about $20.00 or $30.00

like swampdog said f it is a face to face sell you do nothing just get a recipient saying he bought the gun his name and address and DLN if it is me
in case he shoots someone and you get the knock on the door
if it is online or through the mail get a signed form from the ffl and mail it to the ffl
