Experience with both. Definatley go with the 75SS. Only thing I like better about the accumark is the stock has much more quality than the cheap stock with the 75SS. But I have had some issues with weatherby, and none with Sako.

The Sako 75 has detachable magazine. I like the older Sako rifles with the grey synthetic stock. The last Sako 75 rifles with the black synthetic stocks and green rubber grip areas are made of a different material and don’t sound as solid as the grey one...

Not BC but
I owned a Sako fiberclass and it is not a 75 but an AV ..Came from the factory with a Mcmillan stock and a hinged floorplate. Best Darn 30-06 I ever owned but in a really weak moment I traded it for 2 rifles in a browning browning collection. If you can find one and they are out there you have quite the gun provided it hasn't been dorked with and abused ...I came across one 2 months ago and reached for the checkbook without putting on my eyeglassesbut when I did backed out of the deal.

I also agree that the Sako 75 is the way to go. If you dislike the stock, get a McMillan aftermarket one.
