Caliber below a .243

;) Hey im looking for a caliber that it not quite as powerful as a .243 but maybe a bit more than a 22-250, anu suggestions??

Its not the caliber its the ammo that you shoot in that caliber that makes velocity and energy.

Try a smaller bullet or a lighter load in your .243 if you want different results.
