can i buy a nice long-riflepellet gun at like dicks sporting goodor sports authority? i know bass pro has them, but thats a long drive for me. does dicks carry them? i would think so but i cant remember seeing them, thanks alot.

Almost any of the brand name makers of pellet guns should do a good job for you. Be sure and get the barrel break cocking or similar type. By the time you decide to get into specialized pellet rifles,you won't be shopping at a mass retailer anyway.
