If ebay is going to ban things that is demned by fed or cali law then they need to pull this sell.

Folding stocks where band by the feds 6+ years ago. But ebay pritty much been like this as long as I can remember.

Ebay sucks anyway. I haven't used them since getting screwed by Paypal.

The fact is, people automatically assume that Ebay is antigun because of there new stance. When in fact they are not. They are merely working on self preservation in a lawsuit happy world.
I'm NOT saying this isn't true, but can you show me any proof that it is?

I just got screwed buying a spotting scope. I won't go back to ebay.

If they really were anti-gun, they'd disallow all firearms related items which they haven't done. They simply are protecting themselves from likely lawsuits brought on by the sue-happy, blame-the-other-guy society we live in. Just becasue they now disallow the items deosn't equate them as being anti-gun any more than any other business not allowing firearms does.
Sears dropped firearms sales & putting thier name on firearms a long time ago so does that mean they too are automatically anti-gun?

True, it was the seller and I guess it is buyer beware but it has made me very leary of using the ebay format of buying again.

I've bought 100+ items on ebay and had only a sngle bad one which ebay and the US Postal servcie recitified for a bunch of us that the selelr screwed. Don't discount them becasue of one seller. Check seeler's feedback and ratings.
