Long range competition measurement is inside of the hole - I.E. - if any part of the bullet hole touches a ring, the shooter is scored to that ring, even if the center or outer part of the bullet hole is outside of the ring.But the truth of the matter is, for hunting purposes, take a ruler and measure the two widest shots from center - if it is under an inch, it is under an inch:-)

Here is my Devil shot. Subtract the .308 to get the group size.


What he doesn't tell you is that he shot that at 25 yards ;)

Just messing with ya 40... thats a dang fine group!
