im on a tight budget and i want to get an ar15. i was thinking of just buying a lower for now until i get more money. so my question is, how easy is it to put an ar 15 together one part at a time?

Piece of cake! You can builda 16", 20", or 24" Stainless Steel Varmint AR-15 for $625 plus the cost of having the lower transfered to you. Find someone that will charge you 10% and it will only cost you $10 to have it transfered.
