a sidelight.....I just got the scoop on Tasco's death....they extended far too much credit to K-Mart who was their #1 distributor....Their dimise isn't the result of the product or deficiencies....it was a result of bad business practice!!!

I hope tasco will honor the warranties,I have 3.
but in no way are they close to my 5 leupolds.
you can see what i mean.if you look at a target at 100 yards.
and yes some leupolds are better then others.
I bought two one month apart and the one is clearer.
even after the bad one was sent back.

but the bad one is still better then my tascos.

Muzzy, from what I've heard, Tasco was bought out by Bushnell......and correct me if I'm wrong, Bushnell is owned by Leupold?????

I'm not worried at all.....
