But he only wounded his truck. Perhaps telling the insurance company he was the victom of a drive by shooting would be a little easier on his ego.
I was going to say a similar thing...:D
But on a more serious note,
I'm not exactly sure where this happened, but if it happened on your property, I'm thinking maybe your House Insurance may cover the damage...
I'd check into it..

Once you adjusted the trigger Sako is no longer responsible as its only an option and actually should be doneby a licensed gun smith.

Yup, your an idiot, and people like you will be the reason that Americans lose the right to own guns. Here, I have a bit of advice, NEVER LOAD A GUN UNLESS YOU INTEND TO SHOOT SOMETHING WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, I have seen some pretty idiotic, and useless posts on here before, that helps no one, but this one pretty well, I vote as the most useless of them all. "reason that Americans lose the right". Goodness, now thats idiotic. Anyone else?

Then if improper use of firearms isn't the reason we're losing gun rights, what is? The fact that unicorns don't exist?

If the public believes that guns= accidents and property damage/ danger, then we're going to be losing gun rights.

Maybe 375 shouldn't have said "idiot", but he is right when he says accidents and firearm-related incidents is what puts gun rights in danger.

So, no, it's not the most totally useless post you or I haveever seen.;)

I do believe in respecting fellow members, but the truth is what it is, and it stands. The main point of 375's post was useful, redhead522 should never get the impression that what he did was no problem.

Ok . So anybody that has a "lapse in judgment" is an "idiot"???
I figure that we've all made mistakes and our best friends never let us forget them .This was an instance of a lack of knowledge and baddecision making . If I had to look at that hole in my door every day for a week ,then that fresh paint till I got rid of the truck that would be beating enough for me . To post it here is to remind ALL of US just how easy it is to make a mistake .The up side is no one got hurt and we ALL have had a refresher in "man that was dumb" . I'll bet that we all will double check all of our repairs and adjustments before using live ammo for at least 6 months . Thanks For the heads upREDHEAD522 . I think Sako probable has fine print that states If you screw with it its not our fault .Check your manuals 1 hand load known or not voids all warranties . breaking the tattaltells does to I bet.

I said 375 shouldn't have insulted the person personally by calling him "idiot".

Yeah I agree 100%..
Redhead you are not an idiot..You don't lack the capacity to develop beyond the mental level of three or four..
You made a mistake, we all know you won't do it again...
That in itseldf tells everyone you do not lack developing skill to "never do that again.."
I made a huge huge mistake during my first year carpentry appreticship
in colledge, probably cost the colledge ten thousand bucks, to repair what I did..
I remember the Teacher took me aside and was going to give me an @$$ chewing when I topld him outfrount."If I'm going to make any mistake it might as well be in school.......:D
He didn't say a word, he just walked away.....
I still graduated with honours.....:D
And I learned never ever do what I did that day again....
