RE: .22 WMR?
 

I have a CZ 452 in a 22 magnum the rifle is very good. The rifle has a 25 inch barrel, with a Simmons 3X9--32 scope and with the 34gr Winchester Supremes the bullet leaves the barrel at 2155 ft/sec. I do not hunt anything bigger than coyote and that is if I have the rifle with me. Most of the time I use my 270 Winchester on coyotes and larger game. The 22 mag works very well on gophers and magpies. :)

Lots of folks have had better results than I on accuracy.....I haven't found a use at all for the .22 WRM....now the .17HMR is another story!!!

Certainly not a turkey or deer gun and is fine for small game but it extends the .22 LR to 140 yards. Savage (and others) are making some superbly accurate guns for this little cartridge and I'd take the .17 HMR over the .22 WMR in a heartbeat.
