I can't think of any that I wanted to buy and didn't, but I can think of a few that I had and got rid of and now can't replace[&o].
One would be my .22 Automag with a six inch barrel made by AMT.
The other is my browning High Power with the 13 shot clip and no mag safety.
I do have two guns that are oddities to a point and they don't make them anymore. I have a Browing A-5 Stalker with a 21 inch barrel and my dad gave me one of the earlier winchester 9410 lever action 410's last year.
I have more trouble with this in archery than I do guns. By the time I can afford to buy a particular bow they have dropped it from the line up. I really wanted a Hoyt Cybertec with the Versa cam. By the time I could actually get it they didn't carry it anymore[:@].
