Default Turkey Chokes

I was in Wal-Mart tonight buying my son a Remington 870 since it was being discounted for close out. I noticed they had some turkey chokes on sale. The box said they fit Charles Daly and Remington. My older son shoots a Charles Daly that I won at a Ducks Unlimited Banquet. I went home and examined both of their chokes, they look the same.Do all Remington chokes fit in a CharlesDaly and vice vera? I don't want to take a chance and damage a gun or have someone get hurt, all because ofa wrong choke. Thanks for your help.

Default RE: Turkey Chokes

I would check each individual choke to make sure the manufacturer recommends it for both. Just to be safe.
