T/C ProHunter barrel change
Hey guys out of curiosity, when you buy a T/C ProHunter rifle, is there any limit to how you change barrels....i.e. If i buy a 30-06 rifle with a 28 inch barrel can i buy a muzzleload barrel to put on same frame? Or do you have to start with muzzleload rifle and change from there?

RE: T/C ProHunter barrel change
I don't think there is a difference between the Prohunter and Encore and if so, no. My Encore frame started out as a pistol...15 inchin30-06. I also have a .223 rifle barrel for it and a 209x50 front stuffer for it. Change back and forth at will. IfNY decides to let my county partake in the rifle option for deer, I am probably going to get a 25-06 or 280 Rem. rifle barrel for it.

There may be different forearms for different barrel contours: my TC Pro Hunter in Weathershield 45-70 and 243 barrel with straight flutes share the same fore end. So you may be able to fore go different fore ends if you choose the fluted barrel options.

The Pro hunter frame will accept any barrel. However the forearms are different for the rifle, pistol and muzzleloader barrels. Butt stock is the same for rifle and muzzleloader and pistol grip is obviously different. I'm thinking that possibly a shotgun barrel would require a separate forearm too but not sure.
With my frame I shoot a 7mm-08 rifle, 45 cal muzzleloader then I switch to pistol configuration and shoot a .243 Win or a 50 cal muzzleloader pistol.
