At least one manufacturer, Stag Arms, makes a left hand version of the AR-15.

Well, just went and put the first 25 rounds thru my AR. Man, its a hungry beast. Fired a few to see if it was dialed in at 25. And then let it rip. A few min later, I am walkin back with a grin.
