I don't know about semiatos, but the Ruger single-six revolvers come with a .22 mag cylinder.

No .22 mag semi-autos that I know of .. but there are a few .22 mag revolvers... Taurus and Ruger come to mind.

personally i dont think you'll find any sweeter than the Ruger, but there is also a company called Heritage arms i believeis the name. They can be found by a search on gunsamerica.com and they have interchangable cylinders.

I have had a Ruger Super Single Six with 22/22magnum cylinders for 20 years, and it is a nice pistol. I also have a S&W M650 22 magnum that is a BETTER pistol. Ruger makes very good guns, but in my opinion, Smith and Wesson, for all their political correctness faults, still makes the best wheelguns on the market. The S&W models to look for are M48 and M51 in blued guns and M648, M650, and M651 in stainless models.

The Single Six is one of the most easily obtained guns out there on the used market. Even new, any dealer can order one for you. save the fees and double markup by simply buying directly through your local dealer. You can see the available model at Ruger's site.
