Looking for best offer on a new, never shot Ruger 10/22 that I won at a DU dinner. Gander is offering $125. i am in central WI

Yes on both, to be honest I have only peeked in the box.pm me and I can give more specs. The gun is at home, i should be there in an hour or so.
