A weatherby bt 150 grain has a 3540 fps what would a 300 rum be in fps?
A weatherby bt 150 grain has a 3540 fps what would a 300 rum be in fps?
I don't know as I wouldnt' bother to shoot a 150gr bullet in a big game gun.All I can say isonce built up some 150gr with 4350 powder for the hey of it. Velocity was not good in my gun at 3450fps. But I wasn't after velocity or would have picked a different powder. But thatswhy I have a 308win for deer.
I never suggest people ever trusts too many published data for anything to make a decision on what to buy. Everytime I break out my chrony, people walk away upset.
Every gun and barrel is different. I have had identical calibers, identical guns, identical loads, shoot 100fps different.
