I didn't care for what little wolf ammo I tried in a 9MM to dirty.

I am not in the know about wolf ammo for handguns, but I used it to break in the barrel of a .300 win mag, and it performed flawlessly. I know that a bolt action rifle is different than a handgun though.

There is no way I would spend $900 on an AR and then put the cheapest dirtiest ammo through it. Just my opinion.
I have no qualms about shooting it through my $120 sks though.

I have used Wolf in my 40 cal glock and had no problems. I have probably shot 15 boxes through it. I tried it with my 45 kimber and it would stovepipe about every 4 or 5 shots. I have not had a stovepipe with any other ammo in the Kimber. I have also shot a lot of 223 in a ruger mini14 with no problems. I think it depends on the firearm. I dont think the price of the ammo or the price of the firearm has anything to do with whether or not you should try it. Good Hunting

The Wolf ammo I have used was non-corrosive.

The only WOLF ammo I have used so far is .45 ACP. It is as good as a lot of US-made GI ball I have used.
