Have used the .25-06 and .270 many times when hunting Power Lines!

The flat shooting nature of the .25-06 comes in real handy for this. Those power lines are very weary.[8D]

I also have a Tikka T-3 in 25/06. It's a keeper. Deer are very sad when I show up with it in hand.
