I have got a 17hmr and I love it I shoot coyotes with mine does a wonderful job so much i have gotten four other people hooked on one

Bigcountry...You're not finding groundhogs you shoot with a .17? Is that a 17HMR?

I've shot hundreds in the past couple years...my farthest being just a spit shy of 200yds...and I can't remember one doing a whole lot of moving after the shot. Maybe it's a bullet issue and not a caliber issue.
