Model 700 338 Rum with Leupold Vlll 4.5x14
#1
Planning my Alaska trip for next year and momma say's some of my toys must go. I have a Model 700 Stainless Synthetic, Chambered in 338 Remington Ultra Mag with Leupold VXlll 4.5x14X40 AOinstalled.
Bought the rifle new and before it was fired was sent out for trigger work, bedding, lugs, braked, the whole accuracy package.
This is a tack driver that has less than 2 box's of ammo through it. Took it out once hunting for Moose in BC and took a 45" Moose at over 400 yards.
Just like new no scratchs. The scope has a few small ring scratchs but other than that is fine.
$1000 firm no trades Thanks

It's the one in the middle.

Will also include never used dies. Can provide more pictures.

Does this gun have the J-lock on the bolt shroud ? Is the brake removable ? if so , do you have a threadprotector for it ? Would you be willing to seperate the package ? If so , how much ?
Thanks
Thanks

Not familular with the "J" lock.( Could send more Pic's)The brake is removable. I must say that such a good job was done on it that it is totally seamless and to look at it you would think it is not. The work was done here in Montana at this guy's shop. http://www.muzzlebrake.com/svc_acp.htmlI had his complete accuracy package as well. I don't have a thread protector for it as I never use the thing without the brake. I would like to keep it simple and sell as a package.
Thanks
