I agree ,I don't think the 308 Marlin will make it, 70 % people that by lever guns(tube fed ) buy 30-30's ,if a hunter wants a 350 Yd. gun they will buy a bolt gun,..
A 358/308 Marlin would be more successful

I did a little research. TC is bringing out a short action bolt rifle. This is their new proprietary cartridge. You can't shoot a winnie or remington cartridge in a new TC bolt rifle-right. I do not know if it is vanity or marketing-but there it is.
And yes it is supposed to push a 150 grain bullet at 3,000 fps. Tom.
