Default Need help finding a holster...

I've looked and looked and looked for a IWBor SOB holster for my CCW gun. I'm looking for one specifically made for my gun not a one size fits all type. I'd also like to keep the price under about $60. I've looked basically everywhere.

The gun is a Taurus 651 CIA Protector in .357 with 2" barrel.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Searched everywhere? Do you know how to use Google? "taurus 651 holster"

It says this one can be worn SOB.

Here's another SOB.

Probably more, but you can figure it out.

I don't have any personal experience with any of these. I have a Sidearmor for my Glock as well as a cheap paddle from Fobus.

Of course I do don't be an ass please.

I've already looked at those.

The Westwood isn't IWB. The Brigade is nice but too spendy and not IWB.

Bear claw is outrageous for a Kydex.

Thanks for looking thogh.

This is the best one I've found so far but it's kinda generic.

I'm leaning toward this one but they are freaking expensive.

Another that I found

Sorry, thought I would be an ass FIRST before you called me Captain Obvious II.

Seriously, if you carry a lot, you will probably end up buying a freaking expensive one sooner or later, so might as well buck up now. It'll be worth it. Most of the cheap ones are, well............cheap and you probably won't be happy with it.

If that is a small J frame type, my IWB by Don Hume. www.donhume.com
H715-M S.O.O.T.: Waistband Snap On

I can tell you first hand that Don Hume makes good cheap(not usually found in the same holster)leather. I have three of their holsters. 2 in the pocket and the IWB I'm reccomending below. I carry quite a bit with this holster. It is just too easy to slide it into my belt and go. Their only weakness is that the leather either isn't as stiff or tight as the top dollar rigs over time or at least mine aren't. Wow, I hate to post this for fear that you will think that the Don Hume holsters are inadequate or lees that ok. They are not that. They are just not the 20 times more than is needed holster that a Milt Sparks is. They are still miles ahead of anything Galco or other off the shelf leather I've seen and they have basically no wait. Heck a Milt Sparks is like commishioning a work of art. I asked to pay for mine up front because who knows if you'll have an extra $150 around in 3 months!

For a bigger gun, I would and have spent the money for Milt Sparks or Rafter S gear. Of course don't forget a quality belt like a Rafter S belt. I wear these all the time with and without a gun. I thought I wore out my first one, sent it back for a refinnish and am still wearing it almost daily. I now have one brown and one black. I cannot say enough good about www.raftersgunleather.com

Forget about the SOB type unless you are sure I would flash that for sure without knowing it. Besides, I don't want to sit on my gun. belt side carry feels good ehough.

Last, these guns carry great in an OWB. That is by FAR the most comfortable. Again, get a good one that will bury the gun in your side.
