What do you guys think the best arsenal of guns would be?

I think a person would have aperfectarsenal if they had these:

Marlin .22 auto-loader

Ruger mini-14 .223

RemingtonModel 700.220 Swift

Browning BAR short-trac stalker in .243

Tikka T3 in 7mm-08

Winchester Model 70 in .338

T/C Encore in45-70 Gov.

What do you guys think is a good arsenal?
I hate to sound like I'm scrutinizing you, but, all you need to do is drop the .220 Swift from the list and the .243, and then your list would be better.
Minus the .220 Swift, I could agree, but the .243 is an auto-loader, and it's nice to have one of those for hunting deer. If it was just bolt-actions, then I would certainly drop the .243, but not when it's an auto-loader.

Its is really hard to argue with the logic of just owning a 12 gauge, .22, and a 30-06 and being able to hunt anything in NA.

.12 Ga.
.22 LR
.243 Win.
.30-06 Spr.
.375 H&H
.44 Rem Mag

That would cover everything from coast to coast, continent to continent...but variety is the spice of life...

22lr -preferably a good bolt action, not one of the cheap semi-auto toys
870- 12 guage- can hunt pretty much anything in N America with it.
AR-15 .223- good for predators/scavengers/varmints of the 4 and 2 legged varieties.
30-06 bolt action- For longer shots on big game.
1911 .45 auto- Because you're an American dammit.

If I had a .22, 12 gauge, 30-06 I wouldn't be tooworried about in NA. Add in the 375 H&H and I'd be living large
