    Default Remington 700 .270 cal for $299?
    Brand new at walmart, black synthetic stock, no frills that I know of.

    The guy told me that somehow the store had acquired a ridiculous overstock due to a lot of stores in the area having their firearms stock removed because they aren't carrying them any more so they were selling them at a loss.

    Regular price was $384.

    Am I as surprised as I should be?

    There 294.00 and it's in store only. I just tried to get one sent to my area but it'a a no go... Again in store deal only. They have 5 of them left.
