Savage Model 110 bolt action rifle
I'm looking at a Savage model 110, its a bolt action rifle. I am wondering what the push buttong lever type deal (it pushes down) is in front of the bolt. I'm not super familar with bolt action rifles, so sorry if it is something obvious. All i know is that it isn't the safty.

think what you are talking about is the bolt release not the magazine my stevens model 200 is the same
