I own a Henry .22, and so does one of my friends. They are both accurate little rifles, and we are quite satisfied with them.

I was just in the gun shop looking at the lever actions. I personally after holding them would go for the Marlin. The Marlins actions isnt quite as buttery smooth as the Henry's, but overall the Marlin seems to be a much more solid gun. I have owned a Marlin 30/30 for 20 years now and it was used when I got it and the gun is still just as solid and reliable today as it was way back then.
