Ladies and gentleman step right up and see the newest innovation in firearms today, with the new line ofMega Magnums, you no longer need to worry about adjusting your scope when shooting long range, "just aim and shoot from 100-1000 yards, the 'ole girl will put them right in the X ring", said a Company Spokesman for Extreme Arms, the company behind the Mega Magnums, all of the Mega Magnums are based on the .50 BMG, the largest being the .375 Mega Magnum which will push a 270 grain bullet at close to 3700 FPS, and a 300 grainer at a little under 3600, for laser trajectory go with the .300 Mega Mag. which will push a 180 gr bullet.(Nosler Ballistic Tips for the test) at close to 4500 FPS. "With our Mega Magnums we take the guess work out of long range hunting and shooting", said Extreme Arms Chairman and CEO Michael Magnus. And with the results we got in our tests he is absolutely right.

Heh. In World War II the Germans experimented with a small squeeze bore gun (28mm at breech, 20mm at muzzle) for paratroopers to use as an anti-tank weapon. Squeezed a tungsten-cored round down to 20mm which exited the barrel at... 4700 FPS if I recall right. Why not try that?

Our rifles come with a uniquedolly system to which they are to be carried on, which makes the rifle virtually unnoticeable to drag around, tests have shown that the dolly,(which looks a lot like one of those packpacks with wheels) has a harness to which the rifle is strapped into, and all you have to do is drag the dolly to where you want to hunt and get the rifle out. Even as we speak prototype models are being designed for an adapter that can be fitted to ATV's that will allow the rifle to be carried on the vehicle.

I'm interested in the material of construction for these rifles, as the amount of overbore for a 30cal bullet to be fired from a .50BMG case would likely put your bbl life at about 15rounds...and some say the .220swift is overbore!!
