I just purchased a .17 hmr. I love the little gun. It is very accurate and flat shooting. Has anyone had any experience with the .17 and can you offer any advice on the best yardage to zero it in?

SMITTY,
I have had at least 5 rifles thru the shop for trigger work, and have had the chance to fire the MARLIN, AND THE RUGER, if I had not had zeroed them in I would not have believed the accuracy of these little guns.
Believe it or NOT under 3/4 M.O.A. at 100 yards, no problem shooting asprin glued to a target at 50 yards, so to anwser your question I had great luck with punching paper out to 100 yards.
