They advertise it as a no bells and whistles scope that will bring home the venison. Thats a good description. Its a very well made scope that will stand the test of time and abuse. I really like them.

It's good to hear you've all been pleased with the Prostaff, since I ordered one just yesterday!
I've got a 4x32 rimfire special coming. It seemed like a good compromise, since I didn't want to waste my time with a $9 Tasco, nor did I want to put a $200+ Leupold or a $350+ Burris on a $220 Savage .22. The online reviews were positive, & the $91 price seemed like a pretty good deal on a quality scope.
My plan is to use this setup to practice my offhand, kneeling, sitting, etc. position shooting, without having to burn .30-06 shells 'til I'm broke. And if a ground hog or pocket gopher decides to taunt me, then so much the worse for him!

Doe Dumper - I'm looking forward to putting that scope in action!
FWIW, I just got my Natchez Shooter's Supplies catalog, & they show "refurbished" Prostaffs for $109.95 in 3-9x40, Matte. I have no idea what "refurbished" means in terms of warranty, but I've had good luck with everything I've ordered from these folks.
It's too bad I ordered my 4x32 before I got this flyer, since the refurbished version shows for $69.95! I'd have been inclined to give it a try for a 25% savings.
Oh well... there's always the next rifle!

FC I think they definitely have a shorter waranty on the refurbs but not exactly sure what it is. I know the warranty on the new ones is basically forever...but theres not much to break on a 4x32 so i dont think you'da been hurt either way...lol.
