Default Guns you Regret Selling/Trading....

After seeing USMC PMI post up about most people regretting rifles/guns that they have sold/traded, it got me to thinkin....

What guns do you regret getting rid of? What were the circumstances, etc?

One rifle that comes to mind that I got rid of was a Ruger M77MKII in 30-06. It had a very facny stock on it, and it shot very well when I first got it.

What other guns do you regret getting rid of? I have a few more, but I'll wait an post up once this thread gets going.

when I came back from NamI brought back a M1A2 full auto man I wish I still had it but it would have cost $200,00 and the A.T.F all over the place so I sold it about 6 mouth after I got home. I wish I had that one back.

None; and my damn safe reflects it. I don't even hunt with a gun except for predator and I am even thinking of going archery that way too with a Double Bull ground blind. HCH

Most all of them in a way. However in most cases the new gun filled the void and then some. Many of us can't try different things without selling or trading. Just don't have the bucks to keep everything.

i traded my 22-250 savage varmit rifle with heavy barrel, simmons scope along with a few other things I did to the gun. I sure wish I had it back. It was a shooter.
I am considering replacing it soon.

I've sold a few, most of which I don't regret because it's like JamesB said you buy a new one to fill the void.
I did sell a Red Label 12 guage a few years ago and I do deeply regret that. Most of the guns I've bought and sold can be replaced pretty easily, but a newRed Labelcost so dang much that it'll take a while to save that many pennies to buy a new one!

My first gun....the benelli nova in camo...traded it for a 1100 Sporting...both great guns but I had to trade the nova to be able to afford the 1100....if I ever see another used nova in camo for sale I will definitely think about it
