Default 17 HMR

Does any one know how accurate the NEF Sportster™ 17 HMR is? The one with the heavy 22" barrel. Picture would be nice, thanks.

I don't own one but from what I can see on rimfire central they are just as accurate as the rest of them. With a decent scope off the bench figure on at least 1 inch at 100 yards with no cross wind.

I do own a H&R Ultra slug gun and am very happy with it.

the nef's are quite accurate and reliable. they are only single shots but if that doesnt bother you go for it. i dont personally own one now. i used to havea ultra varmint in204 but traded it off for a savage in 204 but i think i may see if they still got it because after a minute of research i think they droped the model. it suprised me with its accuracy. i put an old tasco world class on it. and was shooting moa at 100 so that was good enough for me. back to the question i would go for it. and if nothing else you could get rid of it. they are a very affordable gun and reliable so i would probably get it.
