Default My new toy

Just mounted a Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14 scope with Warne rings last night on my latest toy...A DPMS Long Range .308 with optional 24'' stainless fluted bbl, JP adjustable trigger, A3 upper, dust cover, and forward assist. A Harris bipod is the shooting platform. Can't wait to hit the range hopefully this weekend. Any of you guys shooting these?

Damn I hate you! [:'(]

Nope, don't have one. But sure would like a range report from it, my old man is a die hard 308 semi auto guy, and I think one of those would be a good present for his 51st bday thats coming up.

Hey Rammer, you can check out testimonials and targets shot here. Here is one of the testimonials they have posted on DPMS's website. My RRA shoots very accurate too. These AR's are a blast to shoot and extremely accurate. The LR .308 DPMS goes for $900 and with the upgrades I did bring the cost to $1200. The Burris scope cost me $349 http://www.dpmsinc.com/testimonials_targets.asp

Hey hardcore.

That is one nice TOY, and it groups nice at 200 yards. I am looking at haveing one made by my gunsmith. I will have to run a cost compar. on it though.

If by chance it doesnt workout for you, then I will be glad to make you an offer on it!!!

Guys I posted a group off of DPMS's website testimonials just to show you what the gun is capable of. I haven't got to go to the gun range yet. The AR bug has bitten me, this is my 2nd one.
