Default stuart sight vise

Does shooting from a stuart sight vise (clamp type rest)have an effect on point of impact vs. sand bags?

Brenton,
I've never used one of these clamp gadgets, but have seen many shooters try to shoot groups with them. IMHO shooting vises are worthless. A good front rest like a Hart, Hoehn,Sinclair, and a few others with a rear rabbit or bunny ear bag is the best way to shoot accurately and consistantly from a bench.
