RE: Looking for an inertia shotgun, what's my options???
If your only needing a 3" chambered inertia shotgun I'd recommend you take a good look and try out a friends Benelli M1 Super 90. I've had one for about 5 years and think it's the best shotgun for all around bird hunting I've used. It operates consistently without problems. I find the recoil minimal.
3 1/2 Benelli Super Black Eagle is a slightly different design of the receiver. But it too is a fine shotgun. |

Look around for a Beretta Pintail. Benelli inertia design, tough finishes on barrel and stock, super easy to clean, will still shoot the light loads and can be bought pretty cheap in some cases. If they were available in left-hand models, I would have kept mine and not spent the big $$$ on my Benelli LH SBE.

IF PRICE IS AN ISSUE, I BELIEVE THE STOEGERS HAVE THE SAME PARTS AS A BENELLI AND ARE CHEAPER PRICE WISE. A GUY I WORK WITH COMPARED IT TO THE SAVAGE AND STEVENS RELATIONSHIP. IF YOU GET WHAT I AM SAYING.
