Got to play mobster this weekend....
I shot my first IDPA match this weekend, and the first stage included shooting three targets with a Thompson from the hip. All I can say is...............I WANT ONE! Heavy gun, points nicely (I hit a lot better with it from the hip than aiming with my pistol), and no recoil.

A thompson nice. I want one to!(was it a select fire/auto version?)_
( they have some nice orginal thompson kits(including finned barel versions)avalabe to the sportsman guide catalog- minus the recivers)
