Default Glock 18?

While talking to a Glock amorer, he mentioned that there is a Glock 18 but it is for L.E. and military only because it is full auto and uses a 34 round mag.
I admit I don't know much about Glocks but has anyone else heard of this gun? Or is he blowing smoke.
He also said a few are in the hands of L.A. gangs, they figured out how to do the conversion on the 17.

He speaks the truth! I got the chance to shoot it and i thought that it was really nice. Im sure that there are some thugs that have converted a 17 to full auto....all that has to be done is some tinkering with a few things

Glock 18s and Beretta 93Rs are two guns you'll probably only ever see in movies.

I had the opportunity to shoot one of these a few years ago. Kinda fun, but that 33 round magazine is empty in less than three seconds. And its difficult to control - hitting a man size target beyond 10 or 12 yards would be spotty. Waste of ammunition, IMO.

If you dont hit em you`ll scare them to death! I saw them shoot one on a tv show I think Shooting USA they shot the 18C and it shot fire that thing was bad!
