I've always used REM. Core-lok's in my trusty .270 and they have never let me down here in Tex. Once again I got the draw for Muleys in Co. I hear so many of you talking about these two bullets. Which is really the best of the two. Also, is there a website that I can compare the ballistics between the Scirocco's and Accubond's?

Im going with theaccubonds.
as for ballistics go the remington site for the scirocco's and the winchester or federal site for accubonds. they have them there.

Not to stop you from buying new bullets but if corelokts are working just fine for you then why switch? A 130 grain core lokt out of a .270 will take down any mule deer that walks.
As far as the ballistics of the accubonds and sciroccos they will be virtually identical for as far as you want to compare them.
You can go to http://www.norma.cc/sida/eng/index.html
then click on ballistics and it will take you to their ballistics program. From there you can put in the bullets BC, weight, and velocity and it will give you all kinds of information.
You need to look up the BC and velocity of your particular load before hand though.

Just about any 130, 140, or 150 grain .270 soft point is going to work for mule deer. I have used the 130 gr. Swift Scirocco's quite a bit with very good results. They also have about the highest actual (not advertised) ballistic coefficient of any bullet in that weight. If your gun will shoot them, I don't think you would be disappointed in the Scirocco.

Thanks guys for all the input. I think i'll try a couple boxes of Accubond's, but Core-lokt's have been very reliable for me on my Tx whitetails and several Co. Muleys. Might just stick with what works.

Now the info. that i will be giving you is from a remington book with the ballistics The 270 with a 130gr sciroccos @100yrds has a velocity of 2838fps n nrg of 2325flbs@200yrds velocity of 2627fps n nrg of 1991.
Az for the accubond with a 130gr @100yrds with a velocity of 2845fps n a nrg o f 2335ftlbs @ 200 yards with a velocity of 2639fps and n nrg of 2009.
So they r both really close but it looks like the Accubond is a little better bullet.
