I have shot various (big guns) also. From 58 cal black powder,458 win custom made, but my favorite is my 454 freedom arms with 300 grain jacketed bullets.

I got you all beat. Try a 600 Nitro Express Double Rifle..

I think I have everyone beat caliber-wise...how about a 60mm mortar fired in the hand-held mode? If that doesn't count, then the M203 40mm grenade launcher.

Other big stuff I've definately did NOT fire from the shoulder:

60mm Mortar charge 4
Mk-19 40mm Automatic grenade launcher
M2 .50 cal machinegun, both on tripod and vehicle mount.
