I just sighted in my 300 Wby and 375 H&H on Saturday, either was no big deal. But the worst so far to me was my 12 Gauge 3" Slug gun, my jaw and teeth still hurt.

Can't imagine a .50 or larger caliber, now the rest of my body hurts.

I help load the loader on a 5 inch while at "Getmo" on the USS Aylwin FF1081 does that count? If not then I guess a ASROC from the same ship. ( I was tracking the target not pulling the trigger.)

eldeguello, there are many types of M1's. There is the M1 Garand 30-06, M1 Carbine 30 carbine and the M1 Thompson 45 acp. Just to name a few.

Weatherby460 of course for me shooting 500 grain barnes solids, also various 10gauges for shotguns, 475linebaugh for the biggest handgun, also have the 50action express in the desert eagle, but its nothin like the 475 linebaugh. I am dreamin of getting a 50bmg made by hesse arms, only $1200 for a 24lb gun, with a pretty thumhole stock, single shot. thats the top gun to have for big guns.

pardon me, i dont mean the hesse 50bmg is the biggest gun, just that the 50bmg is the caliber of choice as far as modern loads are concerned. i am surprised no one has said they shot a .72 cal black powder muzzleloader?
