James, I don't know how old you are, but I'm 65 and have own just about
all the rifles a man would want to own. When I was a young Buck and full of
Vineger I could care less about recoil. I have 49 long guns and 8 hand guns
and 8yrs ago I went and bought me a Ruger 6.5mmSwede. So far I love it.
All my guns are for my son if he wants them.

I have owned a Rem. 6mm model 660 since 1968, love it. Many, many deer to its credit. However, it is not a 500 yard deer rifle. I reload the Nosler Partition 100 gr and always get an in/out wound. I love it and it won't knock you out of your tree stand!!
