Go to Wally World
Ask to see one.
Open the bolt.
Turn it over and shake.
I got a bunch of chips to fall out .
Not my Idea of QC.
Saw 2 at the range last week ,neither shot very well . Maybe the nut behind the bolt .
IMO look at a Savage .

Got to about the worse made rifle I have ever come across. My 12 year old son could machine a better rifle.
You know the saying............. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
And this rifle is why this phrase was thought up.

Before I bought my 700 adl remington last weekend, I looked at one. It certainly isnt a remington, but it looks like it will work fine. I would place it a notch above the remington 710, which works just fine as well. The key is to shoot these things. I am opinionated about semi autos, I dont like em, but that doesnt mean they are unnaceptable. The unit I saw wasnt machined well, I agree with bigbulls that it does lack a bit, but I am betting it will shoot and even kill deer. It really does take horrible machining to make a bolt action that wont make a bullet go bang.
It is that $244 price tag that is soo enticing. EJ
