38 lb. King Salmon. Oswego River on on a egg sack.

34 lb. laketrout caught on a 5 of diamonds, 22lb. pike caught on a pearl coloured spoon, 3lb. 3oz. grayling caught on a muddler minnow

50" 29lb. musky on a black spinnerbait in Canada. The following year a 44" 23lb. musky, gotta love them skies!!!!!!!! :D

Chinook 40in. approx. 25#. 6lb leader with tan scud I tied to match the hatch. Only took 2 hours[&:].
Loved every minute of it :D. |

That's quite a lunker. Quite dark in colour. Amazes me how you guys have so much sucess with fly on Kings. Down here the Kings/Chinook have just started their annual run from the sea. The early catchs are promising 7-10 KG (3-4 Y/O) I haven't connected yet, but saw a nice 24 pound fish landed last week. Back to my comment about the flies. We have limited sucess here with feathered lures, but majority of fish are caught on silver lures. Prime salmon country is just 10 minutes from where I live. |
