Your welcome to come with me...I plan to pitch or drift exclusively...probably start where you lost the big one ..and work back to the trucks,,,if so let's be in the water at 6:00 sharp..that gives us plenty of time...bringing 2 worm rods and a frog rod.
IF the bite is on, I'll simply drop you off and keep fishing. The moon is off and the pressure may have stunned them but the weather will be like spring. |
I'll definitely come with you in the morning if you don't mind dropping me off if the fishing is good. I would just have to be at the truck around 8:30. Just let me know and I can be there whatever time in the morning.
|
I plan on having the boat in the water at 6....if you have mosquito repellant ,bring it...you'll be in the back of the boat...so it could hurt you a little..I just want to experiment and see what the fish are doing..
95 per cent of fishing will be pitching..covering as much shoreline as possible. |
The sounds good to me. I'll be there in the morning ready to go. I appreciate it.
|
Right after you left the bite turned on..I boated 3..all of them were over 2 pounds. Here's a 3 pounder..

nice fish Chuck

Thanks Aaron...could"t find fish on the radar, pitching failed, top water failed..casting the shoreline failed...where are the fish after a ton of rain..(-: ....try flipping in thick stuff..and there they are .
|
So they were back in the thick stuff then? Were you using the jig still? I hate that I had to leave haha. Good job though Chuck
|
No sir..worm ..lost 2 good ones.
|
I guess warmer waters meant better fishing haha. Good job.
