Eat: Crappie and walleye
Catch: Smallmouth

I don't do much saltwater fishing, but from what little I have done redfish and trout are a blast to catch, and grouper is delicious.

To eat - Crappie - bluegills and Northern Pike, and in the spring - a mess of Bullheads. To catch - Smallmouth Bass hands down.

In Saltwater Codfish and Haddock and of course, the absolute best anywhere "fresh Hallibut"to eat. To catch - Bluefish.

I wouldn't rather tangle with any other fish than a fresh Chinook Salmon or Lake-Run Steelhead....

To eat, walleye and bluegill. Very surprised to see so much liking of Crappie.
